Every volunteer must register with ACYS.  Volunteers are defined as anyone working with kids in a serving capacity: coaches, assistants, managers, team moms, field helpers etc... Every volunteer has two methods by which they may register online.

1) Coach & Volunteer registration with kids participating in a program -  should register as volunteer during the registration process for their child under the "volunteer tab" part of the registration process. 

2) Coach & Volunteer registration without kids participating in a program need to click on this link and complete the volunteer registration form.  This link is for those who are serving ACYS but don’t actually have their own children participating.

Coach Specific Instructions
Individual teams not affiliated with a particular school or church must submit an email roster of players and name of team for the purpose of proper placement.  Every coach must download, complete, sign and fax or email a copy of the FYSA coach registration form  2009-2010 Coach Registration Form.
