Below are the instructions on how to enter an individual team into ACYS.  The instructions assume the team being submitted is recreational and has the minumum number of players required to form a team.  You can see the "Team Information" button for specfics. The instructions also assume a parent has been designated as the coach.

1. First, your team must have a " team name".  (ie. Strikers, Bombers, Lil Rascals) Engage the kids and parents as they will have many creative ideas.
   
2. Secondly, the team must decide if they will be ordering uniforms through ACYS.  A unifrom set cost $30 and includes a  quality Jersey, Shorts, Socks, the team name in block letters and player number.  If you decide to do so, the coach or team manager should go to the "uniforms" tab down the left column and choose a Score style and color.  A link is provided to where you can create a virtual score unifrom set graphic for sharing with the team.  Consulting the team on your choice is recommended.   Parents will be asked during the registration process if they need a unifrom.  Parents will be asked if they need a uniform when registering.  The system will automatically charge for a uniform but if they answer "no" it will deduct the $30 at check-out.
3. Once you have a name parents should be instructed to register from the ACYS soccer page under "recreational soccer".  They should choose the "player registration" button down the left side of the page and follow the instructions. When asked if they are on a team they should answer "yes" and then type in the team name that was chosen.  This will allow ACYS to filter them at a later time for placement.
   
4. The coach must submitt  an email to ACYS with the following information:
   
   • Team name
     
   • Coach and/or assistant coach name
     
   • Roster of players names, first and last by way of TEAM REGISTRATION FORM
      
     
5. The coach must also register via the registration website at the same time registering own child by signing up for a volunteer position of Head Coach.  For instructions on how to register via the registration website, click on the link located down the left column entitled "Coach & Volunteer Registration" 
6. In order to sign up for practice times at Trotter’s Park you will need to submit and email to Ken Moyer, powersourcekgm@aol.com, including the Coach’s name, Team Name & Division, and the time you would like to practice (i.e. 4:30 - 5:30pm).

Once these items are completed you will be ready to play some soccer.  The coach will be required to attend our Mandatory coaches meeting 5-6 days prior to games beginning.  He will be given the schedule, official rule book and any other important items at this meeting.
