Online Registration
PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING, THERE HAVE BEEN SOME CHANGES:
Parents here is a list of things you should know prior to registering your child:
- Username and Password. If you are registering for the first time click on the "Register"botton in the top right corner and just follow the instructions given on the site, it will lead you through the process of creating an account. If you have registered your children before with us through Blue Sombrero you already have an account you will need to "Log In". If you cannot remember your account information and the email that you used please contact us 407-521-2243 or send an email to registrar@acys.org so that we can give you your account information. PLEASE DO NOT CREATE ANOTHER ACCOUNT.
- Program in which to register your child. If you are registering with a school please look for that school when asked to pick a program. If your child is not associated with any school program you will register him/her under General Registration. If your not sure please send an email to registrar@acys.org or give us a call at 407-521-2243.
- Whether or not you need to order a uniform through ACYS. Please ask your coach/school before registering if you need a uniform from ACYS. For children who are not associated with a team and will be placed, you will need to purchase a uniform.
- Credit/Debit Card. We are no longer taking check payments online. In order to register online you will have to pay in full with a CC/Debit Card. If you are applying for a scholarship you will need to submit a MANUAL REGISTRATION FORM along with SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST via email, fax, mail, or dropping off at the office.

Manual Registration
You will need to fill out a manual form for one of the following reason. Otherwise you may register online by click "Register Now" above.
- Not able to make a payment by Credit/Debit Card Online
- Prefer paying by Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Cash. NO LONGER ACCEPTING PERSONAL CHECKS.
- Applying for a Scholarship (please follow this link to understand the scholarship process and how to apply)
- Have been asked to complete a Manual Registration form by ACYS

NOTE: THERE IS A $2 PROCESSING FEE FOR ALL SUBMITTED MANUAL REGISTRATIONS. YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PAYMENT. THE PREFERRED METHOD OF SUBMITION IS VIA MAIL OR DROPPING IT OFF AT THE OFFICE.
