Registration Info

When   Open Registration Sept 19^th through October 17^th
               (Registrations submitted after Oct 17 will carry a $20 late fee)

• All online registration, manual forms and payments are due by October 17^th, including checks from schools.

•  Mandatory Coaches Meeting   Monday, November 3rd.

CHECK-IN begins at 6:30pm at the First Baptist Church Altamonte Springs, 900 North Street, Longwood, Fl 32750

• Game Days  (Each team plays 6 games minimum and more if they qualify for tournament)  

               Saturdays     November 15, 22  December 6, 13 (no games Nov 29)
               Tues/Thurs   November 11,13,18, 20, 25   December 2, 4, 9, 11

• Tournament Day  Saturday   Dec. 13th (3rd grade and older for teams who qualify)

Where     

• All Games will be played at Trotters Park.

• Online Registration for ACYS Flag Football beginning Sept 19 and ending Oct 17th. 
  

• Online registration using credit or check cards only. No checks.

• Manual forms will be accepted via the mail and may use check or money order.   All manual forms must be received by ACYS on or before Oct 17^th.  See contacts for mailing address.
  

• All school administration and uniform fees will be collected by the school or individual team. ACYS does not provide uniforms for football but we do have relationships with vendors who can provide them if needed.

Requirements   

• Completed Player Registration online or manual.

• Photo Copy of Birth Certificate (unless a returning player) must be mailed in.
  

• Signature of Parent or Guardian on maunal form.
  

• Payment made payable to ACYS or school as directed.

ALL teams and schools must submit a TEAM REGISTRATION FORM (click link) with completed coach information.

Age Groups       Individual age groups: 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th, 6^th & 7^th Grade

NOTE: Teams may add players from younger grade but will still be considered the older grade i.e. a 6th grade team can have 5th graders but will be called a 6^th grade team. A minimum of 4 teams constitutes a division. Divisions with less than four teams may be combined with the next oldest grade or dropped from the schedule. All teams are coed. If enough teams are formed within a gender we will separate the genders. Historically, the teams have been primarily male. However, we have had many talented girl players on boy’s teams.
