Full and partial Scholarships are available for families struggling with the cost of registration due to family hardship or unsupported single parent status. The decision to award a scholarship will be at the discretion of ACYS, and/or school athletic director when applicable. Scholarships may not be offered to children of coaches or assistant coaches as incentive for coaching a team. If you have previously received a Full ACYS Scholarship you are only eligible for a Partial (50%) ACYS Scholarship for subsequest seasons. Scholarship recipients will be asked to volunteer their time with ACYS during the sport season in which they are registered. Recipients should be made aware of this requirement before accepting the scholarship.  Each family is eligible for only one Scholarship per season.

Individuals seeking assistance must send in with a Manual Registration form and letter or statement describing your family’s circumstances and the reason for the financial burden by way of email, fax, mail, or dropping off at the office via the information below.  All request are private and will be kept confidential.
